I live in Silicon Valley so it's kinna a moot point. Rule by the rich has made this place a bit of a hell hole
Prices seem to be dropping. High interest rates are keeping buyers on the sidelines and those with low mortgage rates aren't moving. Good time to be a cash buyer, for those fortunate enough.
