I like how people seem to think humans weren't already looped out of this ages ago by various non-AI software
That's a good point. My hope is that the AI might be a bit better at it, but I'm not sure that's true. Now both applicants and employers are relying on AI so much that it's AI talking to AI.
It's really up to the companies, but I think most will want humans making the call. For the foreseeable future, it'll still be human relationships driving the enterprise. You don't want AI choosing your coworker.
